Purchase Options

10K DREAMS NYC accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

• Shop Pay
• Other payment methods made available through our online checkout

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products may be made or ordered specifically based on customer demand, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or entered into production.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is processed.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or entered into production, it cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, your payment is collected at the time of purchase to secure your item.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the pre-order period has closed or production has begun. Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page and may change due to production or shipping delays.

Changes to an Order

 We cannot make changes to an order after it has been placed.
